Bar Options

Cash Bar - We supply alcohol, staff and equipment and drinks are sold to guests
This is the most popular choice as we come into the venue and arrange everything, including the license*.

Free Bar- We supply alcohol, staff and equipment. Drinks are given to guests for free
You prepay for a set amount of drinks and we provide the equipment and staff to provide a smooth running free bar.

Mixed Bar- We supply alcohol, staff and equipment.
Drinks are given to guests for free then sold after limit has been spent.
You prepay for a set amount of drinks, once the pre paid drinks have gone we then revert back to a cash bar or you can pay to extend the free bar.

Alcohol free bars -
for special or under eighteen events as above with no alcohol. These are becoming really popular for under 18 events to add a touch of class.

*Licensing - For any bar selling alcohol you will require a license unless the venue has a premise license, we can arrange the TEN (temporary events notice) for your event, there is a small charge made by the council which will be required upon application and is non-refundable. On some events we will ask you to apply for the license, we will provide the forms and any advice we can.
